Fees

We like to think that we provide a quality service for a reasonable fee.
Being a smaller independent firm we do not have any high minimum fee levels; so we would be happy to provide a quote to undertake your commercial property work.

In general our agency work is undertaken on a commission based fee structure, either fixed or based on results. Our rent review and valuation work is undertaken on a fixed scale of charges dependent on the level of value or rent in question.

However, we are always willing to provide you with a fee quote linked to performance on agency or negotiation work.......but never on valuation!
